Once your order starts being prepared, you will automatically receive a email regarding your tracking information.

Processing takes 2 to 3 business days. After your order has been processed, it will be taken to United States Postal Office. Normally shipping is 1 to 2 business days depending on your location in the U.S.

Due to COVID, USPS is a little behind. Please be mindful it may take up to 5 business days to receive your purchase. We want all of our customers to receive their packages in a timely manner. Please be aware once your order is scanned at USPS it is no longer in my possession.

Q: How do I cancel or make an adjustment to my order?

A: Due to Covid, all sales are final.  Please review your items, the sizing, and read all descriptions for your selected items before finalizing your purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund if my item was stolen?

A: Unfortunately, you will not be able to get a refund. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use to ship?

A: We only use United States Postal Office [ USPS ]

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. However, shipping takes 2 to 10 business days for international purchases.
